\"IMG_3228\"<\/a>Sun Protection\u2026 really \u2026not a sexy subject but with the hot weather in Arizona right around the corner it\u2019s something we will all be dealing with very soon.\u00a0So for all you outdoor enthusiasts – walkers, hikers, bikers, swimmers, boaters, campers, and even for those who would rather stay in their air conditioned home, the sun and the 100-degree temperature is something we need to prepare for.\u00a0It is so important to protect your skin from the UV rays which cause premature aging and the potential for skin cancer. As much as we all love the sun, sun overexposure ages our skin with wrinkles, sagging and brown spots. Daily use of a broad spectrum SPF of at least 30 or higher is the best defense.<\/p>\n

Begin your ritual in the morning – after you cleanse and moisturize put on sunscreen. Don\u2019t forget to put sunscreen on your hands and even your arms. Of course if you are going to be out by the pool or the beach, full body protection is essential. Make sure reapply every 2 to 3 hours!<\/p>\n
